I have recently read some very interesting information surrounding trends of those who are now getting online. Don't be confused with the title, whilst the movie was great for those who enjoy great visual effects with high octane action, I am referring this article to the trend of our wiser generation getting online. 

It was reported in a recent The Age article that the greatest trend of people getting online was those aged between 65 -74! Yes you have read right, more of our wiser generation are getting online against say young children! 

No longer is Nanna or Pop struggling to send an SMS, they are now requesting a relationship on Facebook! 

In summary, I feel the "fear factor" within this demographic group is changing. For many years we have seen the closing of community centres where our wiser generation have congregated, now they finally have access to the largest community, the world wide web.
